About TDY Estates

TDY Estates was created in an effort to provide superior living conditions for military members on extended TDYs. Our goal is to provide military personnel with the most comfortable, care-free, home-like, family-welcome living experience possible. No hotels, no cramped closets, no long walks down halls and across hot parking lots to your car, just superb fully-furnished homes. The day you walk in the door, you're home, and everything is ready for you.

Our range of properties includes single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and apartments. We try to limit our properties to North and West Las Vegas due to their proximity to Creech and Nellis Air Force Bases, but we do have partnerships with properties in other areas of town as well to include condos on the Vegas Strip. Bottom line – We will find you a place that meets you needs wherever you want to live.

All our properties are single occupancy (one military member per house), but clients are free to bring their families, and some properties allow pets. Multiple-occupancy properties are also available upon request. These unique, high-end properties are obtained and reserved on a case-by-case basis. Any military members wishing to room together are always welcome to do so in any of our properties with conditions and approval.

Instead of juggling multiple bills and receipts with traditional furnished rentals, TDY Estates charges one nightly rate, with one consolidated, itemized receipt that includes the published government nightly allotment rate and any additional reimbursable fees in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation. For this one nightly rate, TDY Estates will provide:
